Affiliate Program Terms

These terms govern the upload.ad affiliate program. Membership is by application: we review each application and may accept or decline it at our discretion. By applying you agree to these terms, in addition to our Terms of Service. "We" is CROapps Oy, Finland (Business ID 3550932-5, VAT number FI35509325), the company operating upload.ad; "you" is the affiliate.

1. The program

You receive a personal referral link. When a new customer signs up through your link and pays for a subscription, you earn a commission of 25% of each subscription payment they make during their first 12 months as a paying customer. One-time purchases (such as token packs) do not earn commissions. Commission rates and program terms may change for future referrals; changes never reduce commissions already earned.

2. Attribution

Attribution uses a cookie that is valid for 90 days after a visitor clicks your link (last click wins) and is confirmed when they create an account. Only new accounts qualify: signups from existing users, from yourself, or from your own team members do not earn commissions. Attribution disputes are decided by us in good faith and our decision is final, absent manifest error.

3. Payouts

Commissions become payable 45 days after the underlying payment, to cover refunds and chargebacks. If a payment is refunded, disputed, or charged back, the related commission is voided. Payable commissions are transferred on the first day of each month via our payment provider (currently PayPal), once your balance reaches USD 50. The payment provider's payout fee (currently 2%) is deducted from the payout amount. You provide the payout account details (currently a PayPal email address); you are responsible for keeping them accurate. Payouts that fail, are declined by the provider, or go unclaimed past the provider's claim window return to your balance and are included in a later payout. Balances accrue while payout details are missing.

4. Invoices and taxes

We issue a self-billed credit note for each payout on your behalf, based on the billing details you provide. You are responsible for keeping those details accurate and for your own taxes, including VAT and income tax, in your country. If you are a VAT-registered business in the EU, payouts are made under the reverse-charge mechanism and you account for VAT yourself.

5. Promotion rules

You must not:

  • bid on "upload.ad" or confusingly similar brand terms in search or social ads,
  • represent yourself as upload.ad, use our name or logo in a way that suggests you are us, or register domains or social handles containing our brand,
  • send spam, use forced clicks, cookie stuffing, or misleading claims about the product,
  • offer unauthorized rebates, cash-backs, or coupon codes,
  • refer accounts you control or fabricate signups in any way.

6. Termination

You can leave the program at any time. We may suspend or terminate your participation at any time, and will do so where we reasonably believe these terms were violated. On termination for violation, unpaid commissions connected to the violation are forfeited; legitimately earned commissions are paid out on the normal schedule. We may also void individual commissions we reasonably determine to be fraudulent or in breach of these terms.

7. Relationship

You participate as an independent party. Nothing in the program creates an employment, agency, or partnership relationship, and you may not make commitments on our behalf.
