Refund Policy

This policy applies to purchases of upload.ad, sold by CROapps Oy, Pohjoinen Rautatiekatu 29B, 00100 Helsinki, Finland (Business ID 3550932-5, VAT number FI35509325).

All sales are final

upload.ad is a digital service that is delivered immediately: as soon as you pay, you get full access to the product. Because of this, all purchases are final and non-refundable. This applies to subscription fees, renewals, and any one-time purchases.

EU right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. For digital services, this right lapses once performance has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgment. By purchasing, you request immediate access to the Service and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. If your country gives you a similar cooling-off right for digital services, the same applies to the extent the law allows.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future charges; your access continues until the end of the paid period, and no partial refunds are given for unused time.

Billing errors and duplicate charges

If you were charged in error, charged twice for the same period, or charged after cancelling, contact us and we will correct it and refund the erroneous charge. Payments are processed by Stripe; refunds for billing errors are returned to your original payment method.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law, such as remedies for a service that is defective or not as described.
